I am a listener, artist, creator, and supporter who has found intrigue in the arts, sciences, and fitness. While my profession is in mental health, I want to help others achieve their goals in a less restricted, bureaucratic atmosphere. I am a west coast raised gal, with a network expanding the United States. The present moment is the only moment where love, creativity, and flow can be experienced. This is the state in which I am able to reflect on my progress, goals, and areas of growth. With my own self-evaluation process, I want to help you work toward your aspirations.
